Natural sultanas are great for adding to your own trail mix or as a sweet burst in homemade muesli. Perhaps one of our favourite ways to eat sultanas is making healthy honey joys using cornflakes, honey sultanas and a little coconut oil – great for kids lunch boxes or birthday party’s. Sultana’s are also fantastic in savoury dishes such as with cinnamon, parsley, onion and cous cous or with coriander, cumin, garlic, flaked almonds and rice for a Morroccan pilaf.
