Our specialty pizza flour is produced by milling a high quality Australian wheat several times over to get a super fine consistency perfect for bread baking, pasta making or pizza dough. The flour itself is 00 grade, which means it is in the category of the most refined flour available with its texture being similar to fine baby powder or cornstarch.

Combined with our fine semolina flour, it makes a silky smooth gnocchi pasta.
