Organic buckwheat flour is gluten free and and an excellent source of the mineral manganese and the vitamins B2, B3 and B5. It is a good source of phosphorus, copper, magnesium, iron, zinc and protein. It contains the important antioxidant Rutin, which also plays a role in reducing inflammation in the body. Buckwheat flour is high in fibre and protein and is low GI.
