Our Sea Salt Flakes are harvested in Australia from the pristine waters of the Great Australian Bight. They are the Fleur de Sel variety which is also known as “the caviar of salts” being highly regarded by cooks around the globe as one of the best finishing salts in any gourmet kitchen.
