How it all works

Affordable Wholefoods aims to make your shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable. Each order is hand picked as it arrives to us, and packed just as we would like to receive a package in our own mail box. Our team does an incredible job ensuring we always have in our stock the best quality products available to us, and we are big on prompt delivery.

The Shopping Process

To shop online all you have to do is:

1. Browse products by category or alternatively, use the search bar tool to find a specific product.
2. If you are shopping from a category page, once you find the product you are looking for, click on the Quick Shop button underneath the product, and a popup window will appear where you will be able to select the weight and quantity you would like and click ‘Add to Cart’.  You can then close the popup window by clicking on the X in the top right corner to continue browsing our products. If you would like to see more product information before purchasing, click on the See Product Details button at the bottom of the popup.
   **If you do not see a window open when you click on the Quick View button, please ensure that you are not blocking popups for our website in your web browser.**
3. Alternatively, if you are shopping from one of our product pages, add the product to your cart by selecting the weight option from the drop down menu (ie 250g, 500g or 1kg) as well as the quantity you would like to purchase and then click the Add to Cart Button.
4. When you have finished shopping click on the cart in the top right hand corner of your desktop or mobile to check over your items before proceeding to the checkout.
5. Once you arrive at the checkout by clicking the orange Checkout Button, enter your shipping details into the boxes provided, along with any coupons, and than follow the prompts to make payment.
6. You will be asked to read and agree to our Terms & Conditions before submitting your payment.
7. Once you have submitted your payment via credit or debit card (we use the highly secure and renowned payment gateway Stripe), your order will be confirmed and you will receive notification via email immediately.
8. Your order will then go into the queue for packing to which a second email will go out to you on dispatch.

NOTE: During the check out process you will be asked if you would like to set up an account with us. This is entirely optional. Some benefits of having an account include being able to keep a record of previous orders and prompt support with account enquires or change of circumstance.
