Coriander is a warming spice the has been around for many thousands of years. It has been used by ancient civilisations across the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern regions of the world with its use recorded in Ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome. The dried spice comes from the seeds of the coriander plant and are either used whole or ground into a fine powder.
